You will also need a Google AdSense account if you do not already have one. Then you write a how to article on a topic for them to publish. The article should be on something you are knowledgeable about. Once the article is published you earn revenue from the Google AdSense ads running on your page within the site.

The site is building a community of how to articles. The goal is to be a premier site or resource when searching the net on how to do something. I would imagine that the hits to the site will be very high with all the content that will be added to the site on a daily basis.
